Senior HR Consultant, Client Services
Ardita Qafleshi joins impactHR as a Senior HR Consultant, Client Services. She brings a wealth of HR knowledge. Prior to joining ImpactHR, Ardita has worked in a Senior HRPB, HR Manager, and HR generalist capacity for 10+ years combined, most recently with Oceana, GFN, the American Bar Association and NDI, a global democracy NGO. Her HR career started in Michigan, where she completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology and MBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
Ardita enjoys working in HR and connecting and helping people, especially through talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations. Additionally, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and learning new things.
Ardita is beyond excited to join ImpactHR and to contribute to the company’s continued success.
