WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY"With the growth of our company it was important to us to make sure we had all the proper HR policies in place. impactHR did a complete audit of our procedures and interviewed many of our managers and staff to verify our compliance with the many laws governing employment practices and determine what improvements we needed to make. The results of this audit and impactHR's recommendations were the foundation of the HR policies and procedures we now utilize. They have also done additional leadership training with our management team, which the need for was a direct result of their audit. impactHR has become an integral partner of ours in more effectively managing our business. I would highly recommend their services to any business looking for that "peace of mind" in managing their Human Resource issues."2014-10-30T19:57:51+00:00
Gary L. Berger, President"We all know that one of the biggest problems a company has while growing is with the issues of Human Relations, how to protect your company and offer protection for your employees at the same time. Donley Construction is not large enough to require a full time HR staff so working with impactHR has been like having that staff available but only on an as needed basis. Thanks impactHR you are a blessing!"2014-10-30T19:58:32+00:00
Brian Donley, President“Working with impactHR has been a great experience. They took the time to understand our needs to develop a customized solution to our situation. They were prompt, professional and effective creating excellent value for our organization. Whenever a new situation arises in HR we immediately think of impactHR to help us through it.”2014-10-30T19:56:34+00:00
Rich Rubenstein, CEO“Engaging the services of impactHR has allowed us to manage our Human Resource issues effectively and reliably. It is very hard to keep up with compliance changes, address issues with little or no liability risk and manage other day to day responsibilities. impactHR has always been there when we needed additional help or guidance, is professional and a tremendous resource for Communications Electronics, Inc.”2014-10-30T19:54:30+00:00
Vicki E. Borders, Financial & Human Resources Director“Working with impactHR, and specifically with Kelly Mitchell was a pleasure. Kelly is very knowledgeable and a true professional. She quickly became a part of our team and when the project ended, I wanted to continue calling her with questions as it related of our compensation study that she, and her team, created for us. I would gladly work with impactHR in the future.”2014-10-30T19:48:33+00:00
