Prior to joining impactHR, Barb held HR leadership roles where she focused on performance coaching, employee relations, and implementing people-focused strategies that strengthened team performance and enhanced employee experience. Known for her collaborative style and practical, results-driven approach, Barb partners closely with executives and managers to translate big-picture objectives into actionable HR practices that attract, inspire and retain top talent.
Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her kids at baseball games, and exploring new restaurants and beach destinations.
